1. The service
TokCloner is a tool that analyzes publicly available social media posts and helps you create adapted versions for your own use. We provide the software; you are responsible for how you use the content you create with it.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use TokCloner. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use TokCloner to infringe intellectual property rights, create misleading or deceptive content, violate the terms of any platform you post to, generate unlawful material, or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Billing and credits
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and include a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed by AI generations, with costs shown before each generation runs. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your subscription remains active. Payments are processed by Polar as our merchant of record; you can manage your subscription through the customer portal in the app. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload to your media library and everything you create in TokCloner. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content in order to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to the media you upload.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep TokCloner running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features, models, and credit costs may change as the product evolves. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time via the customer portal. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
